Pro engrenagem & Transmissão, Orlando's best heavy-duty transmission & differential shop, is looking for a motivated parts salesperson interested in building relationships and engaging customers. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling products and services, and face-to-face counter sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service, assess the customer's needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, and availability
- Develop sustainable relationships with potential customers
- Follow-up with customers as needed.
- Fulfills parts orders – order entry, packing and shipping.
- Receive stock inventory (via freight and commercial carriers
- Stock parts and accessories in correct bin locations
- Assume other duties as assigned.
- Positive attitude and appearance
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Pass drug screening, background check and MVR check
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- This position requires high-level physical activity (standing/walking/lifting/carrying continuously)
- Able to lift 50-lbs unassisted.
- Bilingual a plus

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic shop assistant to join our growing team. In this entry level position, you will assist shop supervisors and managers with a variety of tasks, while learning the basics of manufacturing including how to operate machinery. If you are willing to learn new skills, like getting your hands dirty, and want to learn how heavy-duty truck equipment works, you could be an ideal fit for this job. We will train the right person.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide general assistance around the shop, including equipment tear down and refurbishing tasks
- Assist with shop loading and job preparation
- Clean and maintain equipment as directed
- Provide assistance to managers, shop supervisors, and the quality inspection team as needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or shop work, including metal or wood shop classes
- Aptitude for mechanics
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 70 pounds

Pro engrenagem & Transmissão, Orlando’s best paying heavy duty drivetrain rebuilder is growing and looking for diesel truck mechanics. Whether you are entry level and willing to learn, mid-level, or a seasoned heavy-duty diesel truck mechanic, we want to hire and train you.
Compensation and other details
Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour – based on experience
- Builder bonus - paid per unit
- Full time: Segunda-feira - Sexta-feira - 40 hours per week guaranteed – NO FLAT RATE!
- Paid holidays, paid sick time and paid vacation.
- Company provided uniforms.
- Removal and re-installation of transmissions and differentials in heavy-duty diesel trucks.
- Rebuild various components such as transmissions, diferenciais, and transfer cases
- Must be able to work independently.
- Standard technician-owned tools are required.
- Assist other technicians and rebuilders.
- Effectively handle lifting of object weighing up to 70 pounds.
- 1 year experience and/or training in the repair of heavy-duty diesel trucks.
